Item Description
7.25" long. Silk. Sullivan/Fischer WHH-66A. This Pennsylvania ribbon was issued for the "County Convention, June 9, 1840". Scene at center depicts classic log cabin w/"Hard Cider" barrel. Slogan at bottom reads "Washington The Father Of His Country. Harrison A Chip Off The Old Block." In Italics: "Domestic Industry-Sound Currency-No Reduction of Wages". A few faint stains along the top and bottom edges, otherwise moderate wear. Fine. Rex & Patti Stark Collection.
