Item Description
For the second consecutive year, the Goudey Gum Co. produced a colorful series of baseball cards, featuring a total of 96 players and measuring 2-3/8x2-7/8". R320. Appling was a star shortstop for the Chicago White Sox during the 1930s and was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1964. Bold and well placed signature. PSA/DNA pop report indicates that this is the only example graded at this level w/only seven others graded higher.
