6.5x9x3". Dated 1983. From Reagan's presidential limo. Clear plastic hood inside meant to be placed over Reagan's head in an event of a gas or nuclear attack or other airborne emergency to provide five minutes of clean oxygen. Instructions on outside w/large text at top of reading "5 Minute Escape Device Instructions." Unused. Light handling w/moderate wear. Extremely Fine. An unusual addition to any presidential collection, highlighting the precautions taken to ensure the safety of the President in case of an emergency.
