Item Description
Large and impressive 23x42.5" glossy store poster features large, full body image of Peter Pan w/Tinker Bell and promotional text for Weather-Bird shoes. Poster dates to 1953, the same year as the beloved Disney film's original release. Disney produced a number of Weather-Bird premiums, including a premium Peter Pan hat as well as a Pinocchio ring (see previous lot). Poster has been rolled and has pin holes at corners w/top right corner tip off. Scattered handling wear w/some small edge tears at top. Fine/VF overall. Very rare promotional poster and the first we've seen.
