Blister card contains 3.75" tall Kenner action figure (blonde hair variety). "Free! 4-LOM Action Figure" offer. Bottom half of card back has more information on action figure offer that was available free w/the proofs-of-purchase of five Star Wars action figures. Card has been punched. Blister is yellow. AFA subgrades are as follows - C80 B85 F80. Only seven examples in total have been graded by AFA according to current AFA Population Report, w/only one example graded higher. Jeff Jacob Collection.
