Blister card contains 3.75" tall Kenner action figure. "Free! 4-LOM Action Figure" offer. Bottom half of card back has more information on action figure offer that was available free w/the proofs-of-purchase of five Star Wars action figures. Card is unpunched. AFA subgrades are as follows - C85 B80 F85. Rare and one of only 10 examples in total have been graded by AFA according to current AFA Population Report, w/only two examples in a AFA 80 (clear blister) grade (none higher).
