Item Description
Each is 1". Produced by W&H, Trapp Print Co., and St. Louis Button Co. Bottom right has some faint edge staining and is VF. All others are Exc. Capper served as Kansas Governor from 1915 to 1919, and Senator from 1919 until 1949. He was the Favorite Son of Kansas for the Republican nomination for the presidency in 1940.
