Blister card contains 4.25" tall Kenner action figure. "Free! Secret Star Wars Action Figure" offer. Bottom half of card back has more information on action figure offer that was available free w/the proofs-of-purchase of four Star Wars action figures. Card has been punched. Card has lt. aging/handling wear. Blister is clear and remains firmly affixed to card. Creasing at upper right corner and bump at bottom center edge of card. Lt. corner and edge wear. VG.
