15x16". Silk. Features sketch portrait of Wilson in center w/ his 1917 inauguration date above and White House below. American flags in the four corners, while border is comprised of various international flags. Of note, the German, Japanese, and Italian flags have covers sewn over them, as they were American enemies during WWI. Scattered faint spotting w/ faint stain just right of White House. Creasing from fold lines. Overall Fine.
