3x3". Holed at top w/ string attached. Union bug at bottom center. Dated July 26-27, 1960. Only light wear and handling. Exc. The RNC was held in Chicago from July 25-28, and on July 26 he gave a speech at the convention to the Republican audience in which he attacked Khrushchev and the Soviet Union.
