5" long. Oilcloth. Union bug at bottom. Dated October 17,1960. On that date Nixon held a campaign event in Buffalo in the closing weeks of the 1960 campaign against JFK. Moderate wear w/ two pinhols on "Welcome". Extremely Fine.
