Item Description
7/8" w/ American Art Work back paper (Coshocton). Winfield Gaylord served in the Wisconsin State Senate from 1909-1913, while Berger was the first Socialist elected to Congress in 1910, serving non-consecutively from 1911 until his death in 1929. Only minor wear. NM.
