Item Description
9" long. Produced for Kennedy's 1956 bid for the vice-presidential nomination alongside Adlai Stevenson. The nomination ultimately went to Estes Kefauver. This ribbon is more commonly seen in blue or red w/ slightly different font. The present purple example is less common. Crisp w/ only light wear. Exc. John Hillhouse Collection.
