Item Description
8.25" overall w/ 3.25x3.5" stickers on stock. Two stickers put together. Front sticker reads "Grieve, Adelaide/ Alexander Cty./ Chairwoman" while reverse reads "Fred U. Grieve/ Alexander Cty." Moderate wear and handling on stickers, as well as scattered creasing on ribbon. Some surface loss on front sticker along upper edge. Silver letter application on ribbon text is crisp and shows virtually no wear. Overall Fine. Operation Know-How was a short-lived initiative in 1962 aimed at helping keep the Democratic majority in Congress. It began in early spring 1962 w/ the last conference occurring in June.
