Item Description
2.75" tall. Dated May 27, 1967. Additional text reads "Newport News Shipbuilding And Dry Dock Company". Construction on the carrier began in 1964. It was christened by Jackie and Caroline Kennedy in May of 1967, and was in commission from 1968 until 2007. It was known as CV-67 and/or CVA-67. Only minor wear. NM. John Hillhouse Collection.
