Item Description
1.438x2.625". 1909-11 T206 Baseball is called "The Monster" for good reason. It's one of the most widely-collected sets of any era. T206 also contains the single most famous card in the hobby, one recognized even by non-collectors. While most cards are easily obtained, the release has some very scarce options, with 16 back varieties in all, that are led by the nearly-mythical Honus Wagner card.

Jacob Peter Beckley, nicknamed "Eagle Eye", was an American professional baseball first baseman. He played in Major League Baseball for the Pittsburgh Alleghenys, Pittsburgh Burghers, Pittsburgh Pirates, New York Giants, Cincinnati Reds and St. Louis Cardinals from 1888 to 1907. Beckley had a batting average of over .300 in 13 seasons. His 244 triples are fourth all time and his 23,767 putouts is a major league record. A career .308 hitter he was elected into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1971 via the Veterans Committee
