3.5x5.5" vintage silver gelatin real photo postcard depicting 9 team members in full uniform along w/one boy dressed informal attire w/baseball equipment in the foreground and posed in front of a store, likely their sponsor, Havre Drug Co. Undivided postcard back remains blank and unused. What makes this postcard special is the inclusion of two African American boys seated in the front row along w/the team mascot. During the early part of the 20th Century, it was very rare to find an integrated baseball team, even one comprised of young teenagers.
