Item Description
3.25x5.25" vintage matte postcard depicting ten team members in full uniform w/one gentleman dressed in formal attire and posed inside a studio setting. Team identification at bottom reads "Hydrant Hose Indoor Base Ball Team, Geneva, NY". Production credit on back reads "M. T. Myers & Son, Publishers, Geneva, NY". Divided postcard back contains a handwritten note from a friend of one of the team members pictured. Lt. chipping at three corners on front and .75" slight crease at top right of center only visible when held in reflective light. Fine. Richard Merkin Collection.
