5.5x9.5" thin stock for East Coast concert series that featured Bob Dylan and Joan Baez (who as Dylan's advocate (as well as his lover), helped introduce his music to the masses). Design by artist/musician Eric Von Schmidt ("VS" initials encircled in lower left) features stylized images of both musicians and features "In Concert - Joan Baez & Bob Dylan" text. Upper margin is blank as handbills were designed to have venue/shows information printed there, but this example is unused. Handbill has some trivial corner bumps w/scattered areas of darkening along the left and top right margins, otherwise unfaded w/bold colors. VF. This image was utilized for only ten US tour stops between late February and late March 1965 w/this set of shows being the "beginning of the end" in the working relationship between Dylan and Baez.
