7/8" w/W&H back paper. A stern faced woman in chair prepares to spank the kid, in a yellow nightshirt, on her lap with a shoe sole. Cartoon is not Richard Outcault art but was inspired by the New York City popularity of his Yellow Kid newspaper comic strip and the immense popularity of the Yellow Kid buttons given away with Yellow Kid and High Admiral Cigarettes. Only the fifth in our 58 years. NM.
