Item Description
5.75" long overall w/ 1-5/8" litho pin. Dated September 27, 1940. A few minor losses of gold letter application, most notably on the center of the "E" in "New York". Ribbon is crisp w/ light wear otherwise, while litho surface has only light wear. Overall still Exc. Wayne Otchis Collection.
