Text is highlighting the precedent of two terms set by Washington, that was subsequently tested by Grant and Roosevelt. Additional text blow Roosevelt reads "What Washington Refused and Grant Could Not Get." Below Washington is a quote from Roosevelt praising and endorsing Taft.
