4" overall w/ 1.75" highly domed cello. Front of cello features McKinley w/ U. S. Capitol below him, while reverse has jugate design of William and Ida McKinley w/ the White House below them. Several separations along the right and left edges of the ribbon, as well as staining on cello. Overall VG.
