Item Description
Scaled up to dimensions of 3-1/8x5.25" from their standard-size 1969 Topps Super issue, the 1970 cards were printed on thinner stock w/rounded corners. Color photo fronts w/facsimile signatures. Backs are an enlarged version of the player's regular 1970 Topps card back.
Peter Edward Rose Sr. (1941-2024), nicknamed "Charlie Hustle", was an American professional baseball player and manager. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1963 to 1986, most prominently as a member of the Cincinnati Reds lineup known as the Big Red Machine for their dominance of the National League in the 1970s. Some of his career highlights include being a 17 time All-Star, NL MVP, three time World Series Champion and World Series MVP in 1975. The autograph is bold and well placed at the bottom without impeding the image. This signed copy is one of only two examples graded by PSA at this level with none graded higher.
