2.5x3" card stock w/a blank back. Printed text info includes "THE WALT DROPO FAN CLUB", typed info includes the recipient name "Tom Reekie", more printed text "is a member of the Walt Dropo fan club" and club president's inked name as issued "Dick Rossman". Very rare membership club card, not just the only third party graded example, but the only one we have seen or offered in our 58 years. Card remains bright and clean. Eye appeal far exceeds the designated grade, which takes into account added inked information as issued. However, this should not be looked at as a defect.
Walter Dropo (1923 - 2010), nicknamed "Moose", was an American college basketball standout and a professional baseball first baseman. Career highlights include being AL Rookie of the Year, one time AL RBI leader and one time All-Star.
