Item Description
1.25" classic W&H design but rather than with a portrait it has the text "Zlot VIII Okrecu II Z.S.P. 1910 Milwaukee, Wis". While the specific purpose of this button is unknown to us, our research turned up an Oct. 29, 1910 'Conference Of The Polish Socialist Organizations' at the Socialist Party of America Chicago headquarters. Additionally, earlier that year on January 23 & 24, Emma Goldman (social activist and founder of anarchist journal Mother Earth) gave lectures to Socialist audiences in Milwaukee.
