Item Description

The son of MLB HOF member George Sisler. Dick is famous for hitting a 10th inning three run homer against the Brooklyn Dodgers that gave the Phillies their first NL pennant in 35 years. An All-Star in 1950 and two-time World Series Champion with the St. Louis Cardinals- once as a player in 1946 and again as a coach in 1967.
