2.25". No maker. Portraits of 18 teams members. Text reads "A&M 1914/Hang It On O.U.". This single game button was made for their gridiron battle with the University of Oklahoma Sooners which took place Nov. 6th. The Aggies lost the game 28-6. Metal covered back has much silver luster loss. Front has lt. surface wear only seen in reflected light. Also the thin white rim has some faint staining seen upon close inspection. All remains bright and glossy. Fine. Rare and the only example we've offered in our 58 years. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
The 1914 Oklahoma A&M Aggies football team represented Oklahoma A&M College as an independent in the 1914 college football season. This was the 14th year of football at A&M and the sixth under Paul J. Davis. The Aggies played their home games at Lewis Field in Stillwater, Oklahoma. They finished the season 6-2-1.
