6x11" card contains "Superman Flying Noizzz Balloon" by Van Dam, ©1966 NPP, Inc. Long balloon is attached to die-cut illustrated card, which has been newly shrink-wrapped. Balloon features "Superman" comic book title/logo and full body image of him in flight. Balloon has scattered age hardening/darkening and "Superman" name paint has cracks flaking off. Balloon is just Good, but card is bright, clean and unpunched. Exc.
