Item Description
Complete set of six "Unbreakable Plastic, Hand Painted" (as noted on box, see previous lot) figures Spider-Man, Incredible Hulk, Captain America, Iron Man, Thor and Daredevil. Figures feature same mold design as the popular 1967 Marx figures, but while those were 5" to 6.5" tall, these are scaled slightly smaller, standing 4.5" to 5.75" tall. Figures feature varying degrees of painting as produced, w/as little as just Daredevil's face being painted to the Hulk being nearly completely painted w/facial details. Captain America has two of three star stickers; chest and shield (if slightly off-center) stickers present, missing sticker on back. Some scattered aging and paint wear; Captain America showing more moderate paint wear. Cap is Fine overall. Hulk, Iron Man, Thor and Daredevil are Fine/VF while Spider-Man is VF. Rare individually, finding a full set at once is a seldom occurrence.
