Item Description
Original plain white shipping box contains 15" tall figure that is solid cast bronze with 8.75" dia. marble base that depicts classic full body image of Silver Age Captain America w/his shield, running across star. Statue was sculpted by Randy Bowen of Bowen Designs based off of Jack Kirby's design. ©1998 Marvel Characters. Inc. The statue and the COA note this as #40/100, the original edition size for this sculpt was listed as 50, but only 35 were actually ever produced. Captain America has engraved "40/100" edition numbered on back edge of statue base. Signed on bottom by Bowen. Includes COA signed by Stan Lee and Randy Bowen. Statue is NM. The statue also comes with an extremely rare 5.5" tall Steve Rogers alter ego mini-bust, which is signed by Bowen on the bottom in gold paint pen and numbered #40/60. Resin cast w/faux bronze finish.
