Stats at top for title "The Amazing Spider-Man" and by "Stan Lee And John Romita". Spider-Man having just saved a child from being hit by a car, pursues the villain The Protector w/Mary Jane prominent in the center panel. A few small spots of white-out. Lt. aging/handling wear.
