10” in dia. Striking is an understatement. Expertly executed portrait w/radiant azure blue and gilt rim. Dated 1864 and identified reverse w/Limoges blank signature and Chateau des Tuileries stamp as well as Sevres signature. NM w/trivial wear to gilt at interior scalloped rim.
