Item Description
1-7/8x5". c. 1896. Brass frame w/card stock insert featuring over under jugate and text "McKinley/Hobart." Designed to attach to the front of a kepi cap for use in torchlight parades popular during the era. Frame has moderate toning and cardboard has scattered light brown spots and handling wear. Fine.
