11x13-5/8" sheet of artpaper features pen and ink original art for cover to Cascade Comix Monthly #6, published by Artie Romero Aug. 1978. A fanzine chronicling Underground Comix and small press w/cover by a well-known Underground artist; in this case Trina Robbins (1938-2024), a trailblazing comic artist and the first woman to illustrate Wonder Woman for comics. Robbins provided illustration of 1950s young woman dancing on turntable w/records and musical notes surrounding her. Art has been signed by Robbins at right and bears 1978 copyright at lower right corner. Back has inked identifying text at top. Paper is evenly aged w/some contrast and scattered white correctional fluid. Art is still Exc. overall. Paper is attached to larger mat w/mounting tape along top edge and is ready for framing. Comes w/reading copy of the magazine this art was produced for.
