Item Description
5.5x13.5" art board contains three panel daily strip original art by Larry Lieber, an American comic book writer and artist best known as co-creator of the Marvel superheroes Iron Man, Thor and Ant-Man. He is also known for illustrating the newspaper comic strip The Amazing Spider-Man from 1986 to 2018. Lieber is the younger brother of Stan Lee (1922-2018), who had been a writer, editor and publisher of Marvel Comics. Daily strip dated Monday, May 27, 1985. Stats at top for title "The Amazing Spider-Man" and by "Stan Lee". Spider-Man in first two panels w/New Yorker. Bottom margin signed "All The Best To Sensational Sharon From Your Fan - Stan Lee '86". Lt. aging/handling wear. Exc.
