Item Description
11x14” on stock. Pfennig was the Mayor of Kenosha from 1916-1918 and served in various local offices in the community from 1900-1930. He was a candidate for Congress in Wisconsin’s First Congressional District, but lost in the Republican primary. Moderate wear and handling, most notably along the top edge.
