Item Description
Each button is 2.25” without maker name. Each shows a  burning fuse on big, red firecrackers. On one a young boy anticipates  the explosion w/his forefingers in his ears. The reverse of the text “July 4th button has some surface oxidation which gives the front lower right quadrant a slight age trace. Both are high gloss and rare. Also included is June 25,1905 edition of the “Sunday Magazine of the Philadelphia Press”. It is 10.5x 14.5” w/20 pages of stories and ads. The cover illustration is titled “Great Expectations”, and the art shows the name “M L Blumenthal, 1905”. Interior has illustrated full page b/w Oldsmobile car ad, a cartoon by Campbell Kids creator Grace Wiederseim, and a back cover page color ad for the  Haynes car. Small edge wear on the magazine, one 2” tear on interior page. Overall VF.
