Item Description
1.25". This company is noted for their beautifully colored buttons for the presidential campaign of 1904 Roosevelt vs. Parker. This back paper design (which has a tiny three numeral ink notation on a margin) indicates this Santa was produced for December following the Nov. 1904 election. We’ve seen five buttons with the “My Headquarters” on top rim but this is our first seen that carries the imprint of “Brown, Thompson & Co.” Exc. Rare.
