4" long overall w/1.25" cello. W&H stamped on reverse. "Delegate" designation on hanger. Some minor white letter application loss on text, otherwise only light wear on cello and ribbon. Overall Exc. A nice example of this tough Progressive Party badge. Wayne Otchis Collection.
