Item Description
Stiff 30x40" poster for the original release of the 1980 Star Wars sequel, directed by Irvin Kershner. Commonly referred to as the Gone With The Wind poster, poster features art by Roger Kastel that shows Han Solo (Harrison Ford) holding Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia) in a scene reminescent of how Clark Gable held Vivien Leigh on a Gone With The Wind movie poster as Darth Vader looms in bkg. Poster has horizontal fold across top and is now rolled. Scattered edge wear w/.5" tear to top margin and some small tears and moisture staining to bottom margin. Scattered handling wear. Fine overall, but would make for a wonderful framed display.
