Item Description
4-1/8x7" cardstock sign has image of Superman from chest up w/"Superman Says 'Knowledge Defends Our Future'" w/text block at bottom reading "Quiet Please - A Victory Kid Is Studying." Very bottom has "Wigmore Dairy" imprint. 1943. Lower left has Schools At War "S.A.W. Activities League" notation. NM. Rare and just the second example we've offered in our 58 years (the other selling for $746 in 2017). Danny Fuchs Collection.
