Item Description
5x5-1/8" flat figural china ashtray features great Art Deco design w/center of Mickey Mouse's body forming ashtray bowl. Made in Germany as stamped on underside, overall design hearkens to the figurines produced by Rosenthal during the 1930s. This piece dates to c. 1932 and has incised "6584" number visible on underside. Tip of Mickey's nose shows some paint wear as do black edges of his shoes. Mickey's tail drapes between his legs and into ashtray bowl. Exc.
