Item Description
20x22" Bainbridge Cold Press Board painted in acrylics with airbrush by self-trained painter and former graffiti artist Duncan Eagleson (whose career has included designing book covers as well as creating movie posters and comic book art - as well as provided art for the first movie poster design for A Nightmare On Elm Street). Cover features gamer traveling through space behind computer and keyboard with movie version U.S.S. Enterprise N.C.C. 1701 in background. Computer screen rendering is on pasted up thinner artboard glued at bottom to break art frame as used for cover to Electronic Games Magazine (May 1984) issue. Lt. aging/wear at edges. Glued portion has some loose edges and a crease at right corner but doesn't break color. Worn acetate cover sheet taped at top of board. Displays Exc. Includes reader copy of printed magazine that has water damage. Just comes along. A great piece of PC video gaming old school art featuring Star Trek.
