Blister card containing 3.75" tall action figure of Deep Six (V3; Deep Water Specialist), released as part of the Eco Warriors line. Among the first carded samples of this figure's release, Deep Six was packaged w/black "Finback" dolphin sidekick, which did not match card art . This variation was rejected at the quality control stage, never being released to stores. Known as the "Killer Whale" variety, production was altered to include the more commonly seen gray dolphin version of Finback.
