Item Description
20x30" on thin yellow paper w/printer "Impact" at lower right. Promoting a concert "With Diz Dizley/ Pete Wilson In Drag/ And Full Supporting Show" on "Fri 15th May" at Brunel University. Short margin tears, rolled w/crummpled ends not affecting graphics. VF. Strong color on this striking screen printed graphic. A rare survivor, the only we have encountered in our 58 years. Dizley was a noted jazz guitarist in the style of Jango Rinheart and contributed greatly to the skiffle, folk and traditional jazz development in the UK. A noted ecentric who traveled in a Rolls Royce hearse and is often remebered for his humor on stage. Mike Harden, writting for BBC, remembered him as a jazz guitarist, cartoonist, raconteur, Good Time Charlie and genius. He also noted "Diz was known to be partial to the odd drink or three and he had a theory that carrot juice <

After the gigs he would rave until late and cure all with a pint of freshly made carrot juice."
