6" long overall. Union bug at bottom of ribbon. Event dated August 17, 1940. Held in Ellwood, IN. Worn by members of the Illinois Republican State Central Committee. Faint tan stain along bottom left edge or ribbon that is barely seen. Otherwise light wear. Extremely Fine. Wayne Otchis Collection.
