4.75" overall w/ 1.75" cello. Striking real photo portrait. Produced for the Democratic National Convention in 1940 held in Chicago in which FDR was nominated for an unprecedented third term. Only minor wear on cello. Ribbon is crisp and bright. Overall NM. Wayne Otchis Collection.
