4.25x5.75". 4pp. Large signature diagonally signed on front cover. Event dated April 3, 1954 at the Algonquin Club of the Beacon Society of Boston. It was during this period in 1954 when the Army-McCarthy Hearings were taking place, where Joseph Welch uttered the famous quote rebuking Senator McCarthy, saying "Have you no sense of decency, sir?" This was a turning point for McCarthy and his credibility pertaining to his anti-Communist crusades, culminating in his censure in December of 1954. Only light wear and handling. Extremely Fine.
