Item Description
2-1/16x2.5". The 1950 Bowman set consists of 252 cards and for the first time, Bowman utilized full-color artwork for its card front display of a player surrounded by a thin white border.

Harold Peter Henry "Pee Wee" Reese  was an American professional baseball player. He played in Major League Baseball as a shortstop for the Brooklyn / Los Angeles Dodgers from 1940 to 1958. A ten-time All-Star, Reese contributed to seven National League championships for the Dodgers. Reese is also famous for his support of his teammate Jackie Robinson, the first black player in the major leagues' modern era, especially during Robinson's difficult first years. Pee Wee Reese was inducted into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1984. The autograph on this card is distinct with excellent placement. A review of the PSA/DNA pop report indicates that this signed copy is one of two examples at this grade level with only three others ever graded higher.
